WARRANTY
(For Supercookers and FineCraft^® Cookware)

The Company warrants that your pressure cooker will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty excludes any damage caused by accident or incorrect handling, including, without limitation, overheating, misuse or abuse.  It does not cover discoloration, stains, scratches or other damage which does not impede the use of the cookware.

THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN PLACE OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If your cooker should prove to be defective under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair it or, if we deem necessary, replace it without charge.

You hereby agree that your sole and exclusive remedy against the Company shall be for the repair or replacement of the product as provided herein.  You agree that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available to you.
